Mountain Bike The Maah Daah Hey Trail - United States
At 140 miles, the Maah Daah Hey trail is the nation’s longest single track.
It connects the South and North Units of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The trail drops into rugged canyons then rises up into the grassy prairies grazed by bison, elk, and wild horses. It’s an epic trail that can be enjoyed by people of all skill levels.
If you aren’t into cycling you can also hike or horseback ride the Maah Daah Hey. The best time to go is spring and fall (April and May, September and October), when the temperatures are most comfortable.
